DALnet's KLine team was established as a mediator between DALnet, the offender and the Provider, in the hopes of reaching a peaceful resolution to any questions regarding akills that are in place. Whether the question comes from a DALnet staff member, a user or a provider, it's up to the KLine team to offer proof upon request from a Provider or user regarding any charge of abuse. Please keep in mind that The DALnet IRC Network as well as any server linked to the DALnet Network have the right to deny a user access to its network for any reason and without cause. Abuse is defined within this site as Mass Advertising, open proxy abuse, Exploiting of viruses or any material that might cause damage to a user's computer, cloning, and evading akills and or channel bans.
