Exploits Team.
Before you contact us, please
make sure you have done the following :
- Checked the listing on
the Akill Information page
for details about your problem. If you mail us about any autokill
listed on that page, you will either be ignored or referred back to
this site.
- For any problems related
to ident, read through the Ident FAQ and help
sections for your specific operating system. Those contain
all the information we have, contacting us about an ident issue will
result in you being referred back here.
- If you run a Router, Proxy
Server or Firewall please read the Proxy &
Firewall FAQ. We cannot provide you with technical support for
your hardware or software, please contact your supplier for that.
- If you've been told you
have a specific problem, check the Specific Fixes
page for help.
If you have done all of that
and still feel you need to contact us, complete the form below and we
will process your query as quickly as possible.

problem is almost certainly already on one of these pages. We
have neither the time nor resources to help everyone individually,
that is why we maintain this site.
